My driver side tire flew off the Suburban not even 1 mile from the dealership. When I called to request assistance, the sales person transferred me to a line that was not answered for over 5 minutes. I hung up, explained the situation again, and she reiterated that she cannot leave the sales area. I was stuck in the middle if a busy street, blocking traffic, after my wheel flew off my truck. She was worried about leaving the sales desk unattended. It took close to 1 hour to get someone to me, then another hour to get me an uber because they were given an incorrect number. Being told this doesn’t usually happen was not helpful or comforting at all. This should have never happened, and I hope the technicians do a better job checking their work. A quick drive around the block would have avoided this situation as I heard the grinding noise within a block.

Had my newly installed GM Reman transmission programmed. Supposedly it was test driven and multi point inspection was done. While driving home I noticed shifting issues and when I got home I checked fluid level and it was 4 quarts low on transmission fluid. Yes it was programmed but there is no way it was test driven or a multi point inspection was done.

My experience was very enjoyable. My salesman Raul Guzman was very knowledgeable and Professional. He showed me the vehicle I came to see and went through all of the vehicles features which was necessary as it has a ton of them. After viewing the vehicle I left to give it some thought without him trying to push me into a commitment. Overall it was as good of a car buying experience as I have ever had, and I have had a lot of them. I would definitely buy from henna again and specifically want Raul as my salesman.

I have given my Truck for service on 2/7 for my first service and reported Autostart issue causing check engine light. I'm still waiting to pickup my truck, It has been 18 days. I was told the it may take 3-7 days, but I received 0 updates. After many phone calls and emails I was told on 2/21 ( 15th day) that my Truck is ready and all issue have been addressed. I pick my truck and did a test ride, the Autostop issue triggered the check engine light within 5 minutes of the test ride. I returned the Truck for service and I'm still waiting... it has been a very bad experience so far, I never experienced this kind of delays (19days) in resolving issues by an Authorized and certified dealership.

I brought my vehicle in to have two recalls addressed. I got a phone call that said my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The lady at the desk said everything was handled and I picked up my vehicle. Upon returning home, I quickly read through the paperwork they had me sign inside the service department. The paperwork reflected that one of the two recalls could not be addressed at that time and that I would be required to bring the vehicle back. There was absolutely no point in me coming to pick up the vehicle if the recall had not been addressed. What a waste of my time.

I was pretty unhappy with my experience. I made an appointment to drop my car off for service, and then it took five days before they even looked at it to diagnose it. They said the car in front of it took a really long time, which would mean there is only one person working and only sequentially, which just doesn't make sense. When they did finally call me, they tried to sell me several things that didn't feel at all necessary, and then to charge me an exorbitant amount for new key fobs (charging well over $600 per, when AAA offers for even less than that). That just didn't make sense to me. I will not bring my car back here.

Ultimately, the service was completed fairly quickly and seemingly correctly. But the overall experience as a first-time customer of Henna and GM coming from other brands was fairly poor. I arrived on time for an appointment I had booked. I was initially told that regardless of my appointment, my vehicle likely wouldn’t get looked at for 2 weeks, and that I couldn’t bring it back closer to that time since I wouldn’t be put on the shop schedule unless I left the vehicle there — and no offer of a loaner vehicle or rental vehicle voucher. I said to cancel the appointment and started to drive away, which is when Gus Garcia came out to tell me that they could look at my vehicle that day because they try to take care of your Corvette customers. I had mixed feelings about that special treatment line, but it convinced me to stay. While in the waiting area for the shuttle, directly across from me was a large sign that read “Not responsible for items left in vehicle”. Maybe lawyers require that to be there, but as a first-time customer who was already apprehensive about the service experience, having that sign create the additional thought that I might also have to worry about items being stolen from my vehicle while it was there wasn’t great. And very near that sign was another that said “Coffee area for customers only”. The coffee area had snacks locked in vending machines, and the coffee itself was just everyday coffee pots — not a gourmet coffee system or even a Keurig. I don’t know if that sign is there to keep out Henna staff or if they’ve had random people off the street coming into a dealership to score free coffee, but whatever savings that sign might be generating on basic coffee cannot possibly be worth the awkward/cheap vibes that sign creates for customers who buy expensive vehicles. When Gus came by to have me sign service paperwork, he pointed out that their insurance policy doesn’t cover weather-related damage. That tells me that they don’t necessarily keep customer vehicles indoors while you have them, which means I’m now adding weather damage to the exterior, sun damage to the leather dashboard, and possibly even vandalism to my list of my worries about leaving my vehicle at Henna — especially if the vehicle might have sat for 2 weeks just waiting for someone to look at it. The shuttle driver arrived noticeably later than estimated, then chatted with me for quite a while before even telling me he was the shuttle driver I had been waiting for and not just another customer in the waiting area. Guess it was a good thing I wasn’t in a rush that morning.

I had a11:30 am appointment to get my oil changed. At 12:30 pm I noticed that my truck had not been moved. I had to say something to get them to pull my truck in and change the oil. Why even make an appointment? Valvoline does it in 10 minutes for the same price.

It was mentioned this was due to something about the warranty, but to my knowledge nothing performed was covered under warranty (2020 Bolt EV, 30k mile service). Price was a little high considering just tire rotation and cabin air filter but it is well worth it to ensure everything is taken care of and warranties are not nullified.

I was in for first oil change and tire rotation on my 2025 Equinox Activ. Things went ok, until it was time to leave... then I found grease on the door handle and steering wheel, and inside on the door interior; and "new oil" drips on the front bumper and grill. I asked your technician to grab a rag and he cleaned same. We opened the hood and found a half-dozen more oil drips under the hood. Arriving home I waited until the next day to check the oil level. It's half-way between the lower and upper dip-stick marks.

Never really have issues at this dealership except two things. I’ve purchased two vehicles from here, my Cruze gave up at 50k and my Malibu has been in the shop for many things which were covered by warranty thankfully. On April 1 my 2019 Malibu with 30k miles would not accelerate past 15mph for the second day straight and got it towed to the dealership. Not once did anyone ever follow up with me to tell me they got my towed on vehicle. Wasn’t until April 9th I called for a follow up, the vehicle hadn’t been tested. I called back the following week and the issue could not be replicated. Still no calls, text or emails to me letting me know the status of my vehicle. On Good Friday I was told I’d receive an update within 35 minutes after “I” contacted for a status. What’s the point of advisors!? Then to top it all off I still had to pay for nothing to be done and told if it happens again to bring it back, for what!? Someone to sit on it for week then say , nothing is wrong. Chevy cars are horrible and service knows that too! I refuse to be in another buying cycle and the cars will break when you pay it off. Trash

I was not pleased with the diagnosis of the car because they said they could not find nything wrong with the car. My service advisor was Ian Gianos. I boought the car in February and Ithey said they wouldn't probably look at it until the next week. When he next week came they still didn't find anything but they d id not call. I told them that I couldn't get calls @ work but I gave them my husbands number to call and let him know. well a weeek went by and my husband said he had not gotten a call. I think they forgot the car was back there. So I called them they said they couldn't find anything wrong but they never called to say anything we had to continue to call them. They were not fair in letting me know anything and then didn't charge me alot for the dianostic tesst because they didn't do everything to repair it said yhey couldn't find anything wrong, They said I denied the oil consumption test when they never said anythign...whatever they eed to do they should have done it they kept it long enough. they coud have done the comsumtin test and make sure it as not running hot for the engine to flare up. when i put the air condition on the itI drive it and then it would say somethog about the oil.... Im not hpy so now I hae to bring it bakd to get theat done what they should have done in the first tplce. I also told them tio inspect the car because i had to get the stickeeron the front of the window. they didn't so that . Then charged me less fir the dignostic check. WasNOT pleased with here service...at all.

Alvin from the get go was very standoffish. He was unkind & just seemed annoyed. I took the vehicle in and my partner called to ask about something and he never called him back. We were unhappy overall with the work that was done. Also my appointment was at 10 am. Alvin called me at 1:42 pm to tell me he ordered a tire. Why did it take nearly 4 hours to order a tire? It took 7 hours to replace a tire (which they cut corners and didn’t even balance) and one patch. I won’t be returning to Henna.

The experience was good they found the issue, however it was after the second time I took my vehicle in to be checked. I paid for two different services the first time I took my vehicle in a transmission service and fuel injector service that ended up not actually having anything to due with the issue that was occurring. Then I took it back because the issue had actually not been resolved and my car was still doing the same sounds and driving the same. The second time I took it in they found that the actual issue was the wheel bearing. So I am wanting a refund for the services done before that never resolved the issue or had anything to do with it. Everytime I would call to ask if those services would really resolve the issue they said it would. Then when I took it the second time they told me I never had talked about those issues.

From the moment I arrived to the shop, everything felt different and was not a great experience. Since I have been coming to Henna for my regular vehicle maintenance, I have always been greeted by staff when I park. Sometimes, I might have to wait a little bit, but always have someone approach me. This time, I was waiting outside for 10 minutes, and still no one came outside. So I made my way in, figuring they were extremely busy. Quite the opposite, 4 individuals just sitting behind their desk and not one approached me or asked if someone had helped me. I stood there while everyone was either just looking at their computer or their phone. One, actually got up, passed me while still not acknowledging me, to go vape outside. So went over to the checkout desk, and asked who I should go up to for my appointment I had scheduled. She sent me back over to the service desk, where still no one bothered to talk to me. I eventually just pushed myself onto a service member to get things moving. Then, when my car was ready, I have always been able to use a coupon for my services there (even from a different Chevy dealership) and the person at the counter made it seem that they had never done it since she has been there. She talked to the manager and said they would only be able to take $20 off the service but this would be the last time. I don't mind if that is the case, but the manner in which you approached it was awful. I have always enjoyed the service I have received from this location, but probably will have to find a different place to service my two vehicles, this was just a terrible experience.

This is the second time at the dealership. Very inconvenienced by the fact that you guys dont offer loaner cars to those spending thousands of dollars repairs/labor! My service advisor was very helpful and checked me in right after arrival. He asked me if I had an extended maintenance plan to cover the cost of the service, when he saw that I had some coverages listed in my account. He took the time to contact finance to see what the plans were and even called the third party company to see if the service was covered. Ultimately it was not, as I purchased the extended warranty and not an extended maintenance, however I appreciate his effort in making sure I had the best experience possible.

I just had a simple inspection to do. My suburban passed all checks but when it came back it had three new scratches, one caused a dent in the fender. I asked them to please check the old pictures and they said it was difficult to see. I looked at the pics also and I did not see the scratches. It was my perception that they caused the scratches when it was in the shop but they said they had to review video and saw no one standing in that corner. I guess that means they do not think they are liable for that but its fairly clear that the scratches were not there from the pictures the service attendant took at the beginning of the visit. I felt disregarded.

I had and appointment for a detail in which it took the advisor 30 min to come out and check me in. I was told the wait would be 1 to 1 1/2 hour, after waiting 2 hours for a basic In and Out wash I went to check on my car. Randy said their finishing it up. So I waited another 20 min and he finally decided to go to the back on check on it. About 10 min later they brought the car back around. I the interior was just as dirty as how I brought it in. I'm being charged $60 for a wash and vacuum in which the vacuum was a very terrible job. I cleared out my car completely before taking it in so it should have been an easy clean. He asked, well do you want me to send it back and of course I did. The second time it came out was an ok job. $60 is a lot of money for a mediocre vacuum and wash. He discounted me $25 but I'd rather they just did their jobs to begin with and also not lie about the wait time and take 30 minutes to acknowledge a customer. So after all of this the discount really meant nothing for me because the POOR customer service was all I could think about. I go here often because my dealer is quite far, but next time I'll just make the trip to them.

I never write reviews about anything but Henna Chevrolet and Eddy Wallace, the Service Manager deserve a special shout-out. Long story short: I took my 2019 Chevy Colorado Z71 (V6, 8-speed transmission) to Capitol Cheverolet (not Henna) for a transmission shudder issue (a common problem - it's all over the internet). Capitol had replaced my torque converter for this exact same problem 7,000 miles earlier and it was still under warranty. Capitol claimed it was not the torque converter - they told me I needed to replace my entire transmission for $10,000. Only 43,000 miles on the truck, no towing or heavy loads, and they tell me the transmission is shot! I knew they were trying to scam me because the transmission shifts perfectly - the problem was the exact same issue that was fixed once with a new torque converter. So I took the truck to Henna to diagnose the issue - they had a wait for transmission work but Eddy got me in and confirmed the torque converter needed to be replaced - the transmission was fine. They did the work under warrantly (which Capitol should have done), $0 cost to me. The people at Capitol Chevrolet are a bunch of crooks - had I not known better I would have paid $10,000 for a new transmission that I didn't need. So kudos to Henna Chevrolet and Eddy Wallace for being honest and doing the right thing. (BTW - I bought the truck new at Henna - best car buying experience I ever had. The only reason I went to Capitol is because I live in south Austin - I will never go there again).

Was initially told it would take 4-5 days before it was looked at, but they actually got to it on Monday and finished it by that afternoon, so I was pleasantly surprised at the quick turnaround. However, we are a retired, one-car family, and since no loaner vehicles were available, we still had to pay almost $200 for a rental vehicle over the weekend. Would like to see more loaner vehicles available.

I had scheduled a service request online and called Henna to ask for an estimate of services. Alvin let me know my appointment wasn’t showing up but I could still bring in my vehicle the next day to get serviced and made my phone call a great experience. Upon arriving that day, Aaron was my service advisor and went above and beyond my expectations. It was my first time getting my vehicle serviced and didn’t understand the process or what warranty my vehicle had. Aaron took care of everything from the beginning and explained the process and let me know what I had and what was covered. He gave me updates and walked me through everything until the end. I appreciated his kindness and work ethic. I had a great first experience at Henna.

This is the second brand new vehicle that I bought for myself minus the family vehicles in the past. Noe is who sold us on or new truck and his customer service was excellent! However, when it was purchased, gased up and serviced it was never cleaned inside the truck. There was something that was spiled inside the truck all over the passenger side door and a dried puddle on the floor mat as well. There was dirty lint on the carpeted floor in the front and back. I can see there was NO effort in giving a clean brand new truck to a new customer.

I asked them to do a total vehicle update. I was informed there was no update for it, however there was no details on the invoice that they even tried to check for update or perform one. Being as we have a special car we need a dealership service center we can rely on that will fully support this technology. I informed the tech that I had a couple of technical issues and he said they didn't have time to look at them at this appointment and will have to schedule service again for them to look into the matter - of which I am pretty sure an update would fix the issues and glitches at hand

This was a repair situation, not routine maintenance. The truck was with the dealer for 9 days and there was little to no communications as to status that were not initiated by me. It got quite frustrating. My experience with routine maintenance situations has been good, but this one was quite frustrating.

I wasn't too thrilled that I took my car in to get multiple things done, but no one told me that every single different item would have a different labor fee attached to it. I thought when one technician performed maintenance it was for the total labor not by each individual thing being worked on. I paid over 1,000 in labor but everything that i did was only 500.. this was insane. not only that, i was never told when my car was ready i had to keep calling them to check the status. the next day my transmission light turned on and I DIDN'T trust the dealership to go back to them because when i received the inspection report everything was in the green but I KNEW that there was things that weren't actually checked because they need to be repaired of replaced. The technician obviously didn't do his correct job and when i spoke to Randy he didn't seem concerned or care to offer any solutions or corrective action that i pointed this out, he only acknowledged what i said by repeating it. not a great experience and i will not be back and will not be recommending, in fact i will steer others from this dealership service department to ones that actually take care of their clients.

I brought our 2023 Bolt in for a Warranty SeAutonationa clicking noise in the driver front wheel area. I originally m’ke an online appointment for a tire rotation and asked for the clicking noise to be investigated. When we dropped offSeAutonationafor service, we were told that we couldn't make an appointment for the warranty service, but would have to drop it off unscheduled and they would put the vehicle in some kind of queue to eventually be serviced. So we dropped it off the next week. After several days of no word, i called and the service rep, Aaron, who told me the car was next for their tech to look into. After a few more days I was told they thought the clicking was from the strut and would order a part. After a few more days I was told that the part was in and it would be installed on Friday (This was 1.5 weeks after dropping it off.) If it didn't fix the problem, then they would have to continue to diagnose. After not hearing anything until about 3pm on Friday I called and was told the service tech was still waiting on the part to ship. Then I was told it was a miscommunication with the tech and they were sorry, but the part would be installed on Monday. Monday they called me and told me it didn't fix the problem and they would continue to diagnose. After not hearing anything for another week, I called the following Monday and told them I was going to pick up the car. I paid for the tire rotation but noticed that the pressures on the tires didn't match, so I'm assuming they didn't check the tire pressure during the rotation. The next day I called Autonation Chevrolet West Austin, made an appointment for the Bolt to be looked at the next day and by 12:30 received word the problem was fixed. And it was. A bearing in the wheel hub was bad and the replaced the hub and bearings. The experience at Henna was so weird. It's like they really, really never wanted me to buy another Chevrolet again. If it wasn't for the care I received at Autonation, I would never consider a Chevrolet again.

The customer service and communication is horrible here. I never received the status of my vehicle repair unless I reached out to the location. I was advised that my car was ready after 17 days and it was not. I can go on and on about the horrible experience I endured. I have asked the Service Director to act in good faith and issue me a partial refund to my credit card but have yet to hear anything. I don't understand why there is a lack of effective communication from upper management and the employees. Nevertheless, I hope that this horrible experience is made right by issuing a reasonable refund back to my card. Thanks.

Went for oil change/tire rotation. Tires weren’t rotated because they didn’t find the wheel lock but also never asked me. Paperwork indicated oil pan was coated in oil, nothing was said to me. Oil change was done. Now I have to bring it back to have the oil leak checked. Not happy this time and I’ve been a Henna customer for many years.

Very seamless process as we didn’t want to spend a lot of time at the dealership when picking up our new ride. He worked with us the day before to gather the necessary information needed for the finance guy. He arranged for our windows to be tinted the day before our pick up appointment. He really took time showing us all of the vehicle features, giving us a tour and explaining everything. He also said he would be following up with us periodically to make sure we didn’t have any questions. Would 10/10 recommend Henna just because of Raul. I would return to Henna for the same reason. Also we LOVE our new Equinox!

Aaron told me it would be $200 to estimate some repair. The water windshield switch brand new part I already order at Henna and it would come the next day. He quoted over $500 for the job while other shop quoted me $100. The battery he complaint it was bad and we came back to Autozone, it was not to get a new one because we has still its warranty! The signal light for airbag is on. The lock could not unlock without using remote… All his quote is ridiculous like $5k to fix with second hand parts if he can find. Finally, he gave the trade in $750 is a rob. We decide to pick up and pay $200. He changed to charge $400 saying estimate “per item.” This is the most dishonest repair salesman I have ever experienced. He should not gave a job there and damage the brand!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Hanna Chevrolet on 8805 North I-35. I had scheduled an oil change and when I pull up in the driveway and spoke to Alvin Castillo, 997176 I informed him that my check engine light was on and then I had been told earlier on the phone that it would take 3 to 5 days to diagnose it. He immediately used the diagnostic tool he had and informed me that the problem was the evaporator Purge pump and that it was under a GM warranty. So I had that done and fuel injector service and transmission fluid service as well as the oil change. I was given a courtesy ride home and the man who took me who was called coach I don't know his real name could not have been more interesting and courteous it was a real treat just getting a ride home. The also informed me that I could get an Uber to go back to pick up my car I did not know this and that the dealership would provide it. I then received a call about 4:00 p.m. that very day informing me my car was ready I could not believe it. This has been the best experience I've ever had at any mechanic especially at a dealership. Thank you henna Chevrolet.

Everyone at this dealership is nice and professional. But I brought my 4x4 Tundra in for an engine recall (about the 6th recall this 3 year old vehicle has had). I engaged the 4x4 system a day or two before bringing it in for this work, and the system worked perfectly as it has since I bought the truck. The first time I tried to use the 4x4 system after having the engine recall performed, it gave me flashing lights indicating a fault in the system. I called the dealership and they tried to say this had nothing to do with yanking the engine out, replacing it, disconnecting and reconnecting 4x4 actuators, etc. Which is absurd. I am coming in on Tuesday to see if Toyota will fix the problem and give me a loaner at no cost. So far they say probably not. I will likely trade in this truck for a Ford at some point.

Yes I left there yesterday after getting my oil changed paying over $100 and Looked at my print out sheet telling me wats going on with my car. From the sheet, everything looks good and they said it would be about an hour and a half before my car is ready. But got my car back and my windshield wiper fluid was not topped off and since I got my vehicle back so fast, now I'm wondering did they even changed the oil.. Just very skeptical about my experience. I could have easily went somewhere else and got a cheaper oil change and got my fluids topped off, but I wanted to come to you guys thinking everything will be done right and I would not have any worries. I was wrong!

Arrived 10 minutes early for my 11am for my oil change and tire rotation appointment with Alvaro Castillo. I was told Mr. Castillo was on the phone and an associate checked in and took photos of my truck. At 12:15pm my truck had not been moved and was still sitting in the drive, where I left it. If I had not gone into the service office and asked if there was a problem, why my truck had not been taken in for service. I was told in did not get entered into the computer for service. Why schedule an appointment. It took 2hrs.+ for an oil change and tire rotation.

Had a car might not go into park warning. I waited 7 days without a loaner or rental. Was later told on the drive that the warning on the dash was enough for a loaner or rental since it’s not considered drivable. After chasing for information for 7 days was told my car is ready but would need to be brought back on Monday by 9am so it could be finished. So it wasn’t ready. So they had my car for 9 days had to hound the advisor to get into. At 230 was told the car was ready. I got to the dealer found out it wasn’t actually ready again. Had to wait an extra 2 hours. Hyundai Kia and Nissan have better service

We replaced my son’s glovebox and no one told him that he needed an additional part which was on order. Later on the glovebox was acting up and they said to come in and they would put the additional part on which had arrived. When he went to have the part installed, he was there over two hours and when he went to check on the status, they had forgotten to check him in. So the last couple of visits have been disappointing and not equivalent to our prior experiences.

It was easy to make an appointment to have my brand new Equinox serviced for the first time. Checking in was a breeze. The waiting area was a bit of a let down. I guess I expected a bit more. I've been in some waiting areas at dealerships where there was bottled water, a Kreurig type coffee machine with various options, snacks, etc. If those things were there, I missed it. But everyone I came in contact with was friendly and very helpful and even the issue with Apple CarPlay was resolved before I left.

Also spoke to a person at Henna as to what is needed to get the price matching and brought the documentation they said was needed. After 1.5 hours the tech told us our price matching documentation was insufficient and they didn’t even have the tire we needed, A TOTAL WASTE OF OUR TIME!!!!

Why my experience was poor: 1. my service advisor Randy, made me feel uncomfortable, asking any questions about the process of fixing and diagnosing my vehicle. Every time I call for status or general information. He would answer in a blunt and minimal effort. He would say things like “ I know what I’m doing”. 2. The service team had a good habit of saying that they would call me back and never would. I would have to always call back after I got off work. 3. Once I received my vehicle (Thursday) , there were oil stains on the internal material. On Saturday, when I reversed my vehicle, my car shut down and turned off out of nowhere so I’m doubting what exactly was done to my vehicle when it was gone for a week and a half. unfortunately, I will choose not to use your services when it comes to fixing this vehicle move forward because it was overall a very hostile and uncomfortable moment for me as a customer. I have no confidence in the future with this establishment.

Your service persons were great. But $3000 for what used to be a water pump is not. I used to change a water pump for under $80 and with an hour and a half labor. My truck in the last 3 months has had $8000 in repairs, lucky that most was under warranty. To consider the coolant pump not part of the drive train warranty is ridiculous. The truck has only 45000 miles. One of the other repairs was for the coolant control value for $1500. I believe this used to be a thermostat that could be replaced for about $10 and under 1 hour of labor. I guess this is progress? I believe that GM needs to look at their direction. It should be simple, reliable, affordable, serviceable. You are heading in a direction that is eliminating your customers because of affordability. Fire the marketing team and cut your executive's pay. You are heading in a direction with no future.

Took over one week to get a loaner car. Then, loaner car was leaking gas and the interior smelled strongly of gas. When we first called about the loaner, the technician said to drive it back or they couldn't help us. A manager agreed to meet the next day and exchange with a new loaner. They ended up towing the loaner because it was unsafe to drive (they wouldn't drive it but we were supposed). Car was repaired in a reasonable time and everyone offered apologies. Probably won't use their repair center again.

Fluke issue with 2021 Silverado 5.3 engine covered under warranty, followed by repeated trips back for injector failure. Service advisor Alvin made it a priority to get me taken care of. The service performed on the car seems to be fine, but the lack of clear communication from the service rep was inadequate and disappointing. The car was kept for 22 days, during which we required a rent car because we only own one car, and Henna does not provide a loaner.We were told when we dropped off the car that no one could look at the car for at least three days and that if we took the car home and brought it back, we would lose our place in the line. We left the car and waited five days without a call about the status of our repair. I called Randy and that began a series of asking questions, being told the repair person wasn’t there or was working on something else or they didn’t have a part yet, etc. etc. Each time we spoke, Randy assured me that he would call the next day with an update; however, he did not call when he said, so after the second day each time, I called him. This pattern continued for 20 days. On the 21st day, I called and was told that the car would be ready the next morning. There is something terribly wrong with a system in which I was unable to 1. Meet with the service rep to determine when the diagnostics could be done, and 2. Return on that day to begin. That would have saved us car rental charges for 2 to 3 working days plus the weekend. Randy spoke politely in every conversation, but he never did the courtesy of calling me back when he said he would and showed very little concern with our mounting rental car costs. We bought the car from Henna six years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. This experience has made us question whether continue our relationship with them.

I had a amazing experience at Henna Chevrolet, had my truck serviced due to long road trips to West Texas. "A comprehensive vehicle inspection was conducted, including checking all under-hood components (fluid levels, belts, hoses, battery), verifying correct tire pressure and condition, and performing a detailed assessment of the front and rear brake systems (pads, rotors, lines, master cylinder). Everyone was very friendly did a great job from service advisor who did the work order, the mechanic performed the services, and the billing clerk who processed the payment. I came in to get my engine thermostat repaired. After two weeks of waiting for a quote, I finally received one — only after repeatedly calling the service center to ask for it. The quote wasn’t itemized, and the price for a thermostat replacement was over $1,700. I called several other reputable mechanics, and the price for the same job was around $800. I called multiple times asking for an itemized quote and for the service manager to confirm with the technician that the pricing was accurate, since it seemed extremely high. He never called me back. After three weeks of trying to get clarity, I finally had to call the General Manager to get help. He was very kind and responsive. He had the service manager review the pricing, and the service manager admitted that the quote was significantly higher than what their own flat-rate labor guide (the industry standard for determining labor hours per vehicle) calls for. He apologized and encouraged me to bring my car in. At that point, I explained that after three weeks of waiting for a simple repair, countless unreturned phone calls, and a quote that was far above their own labor-time tables, I would not be bringing my car back to Henna Chevrolet for service again. I don’t do business with anyone who tries to take advantage of me — especially not after being a loyal customer who bought my 2017 Colorado there and has had nearly 10 years of service done through their shop. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and it’s unfortunate that it came to this

I have had issues with this vehicle since day 1 and you just now actually changed an part out to try to fix the issues with the check engine light and the brake issues, but it still has rattles coming from the dash and was asked to leave it for another week. Then was hassled when dropping off the rental for excessive sand in the floor matts. I have never in my life been treated this poorly with a dealership.

We brought our Volt in due to a 'shift to park' warning and difficulty in turning the car off due to warning. We brought the car in, paid $470 and we immediately got the same warning when we got home (not fixed). We called the dealership and they said the EV tech was off for Thanksgiving so they'd follow back up after the break. I tried to call them this morning asking if they could 'make it right' before I left a negative review and they said they didn't have history of the repair and transferred me to perma-hold. Thus the negative review, which I tried to avoid. I guess my next step will be driving in with my paper receipt to try to get this resolved.

I went in for an oil change and shortly after I left smoke started coming out of the front of my car along with a burnt smell.. apparently the filter cap broke and all the oil leaked out. My experience was very bad. My original appointment i feel like paperwork was fraudulently produced stating that work was done. I left with a leak that I did not have, had I have had it if they should've detected it could have been fixed without me going home. And being told thatand everything was fine. And they did the oil change and topped my fluids, the second time I went. I did not feel like I received customer service. Not once. Did I receive a an apology or anybody taking accountability for what happens? The person I that i explained the situation to what was The service manager look at it saidWhat was wrongAnd it would be fix.This time, but there was no customer service So unfortunately, I cannot say that I would recommend or send anybody to henna Chevrolet. Because my last few experiences have actually been really bad. And it scares me to think that I could leave a dealership. And leak radiator fluid on my way out of town have to cancel my trip. Because my car is leaking. And I left the dealership and was told that it was fine. So I don't think I could use them again. The receptionist was nice throughout and the service manager didnt give customer service vibes but he was professional. Coach was and is always a pleasure I always looked forward to seeing him smile and talk that was the highlight of both of my visits.
