Wholesale Return Policy

  • All Returns should include a copy of the invoice
  • Parts Should be returned in the original GM Packaging
  • Please do not write or paint on the boxes
  • Please refrain from tearing open the boxes
  • All parts being returned must be in good condition for resale
  • No returns on electrical parts
  • There can be a 15% re-stocking fee on special orders
  • No parts that have been installed are returnable
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return and send them back to the buyer- in case parts were used or installed and/or does not meet the above requirements

Core Returns

  • Small items (modules, headlights, must be in the original packaging.
  • Fascia may be returned with no box. Just affix the label to the core
  • Core credit will be issued after receipt and inspection. Returns will be checked to verify the returned core part numbers match the part number on the package or peel-away fascia label.

Cancellation Policy

If a vehicle becomes a total loss, please inform your salesman ASAP. Any parts that were special order may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
