Whether you’re after a family runaround, a luxurious people carrier, or an off-road-capable adventure wagon, there’s a Tahoe to suit your needs. We bring you the lowdown on the six 2025 Chevy Tahoe trim levels.

1. LS

We kick off with the LS, the most affordable Tahoe in the lineup. Chevy’s entry-level trim is powered by a 5.3-liter V8, which generates a very impressive 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque. The Tahoe looks like it means business, with the LS boasting a bold grille, LED headlights, and 18-inch silver-painted aluminum wheels.

The plush interior is configured for eight passengers. Front occupants enjoy comfortable bucket seats, with the driver’s being eight-way power-adjustable with two-way power lumbar. Information is presented to the driver on an 11-inch color instrument panel, and standard safety features include forward collision alert, a surround-view camera, blind-zone steering assist, and adaptive cruise control. Infotainment is delivered by a 17.7-inch touchscreen with Google built-in and 5G Wi-Fi hotspot capability.

2. LT

The LT builds in comfort and convenience by introducing a programmable power liftgate, leather seating surfaces, a wireless charging pad, and heated front seats.

3. Z71

Serious off-road enthusiasts should opt for the Z71. This all-wheel drive trim receives a higher approach angle at the front and adds aluminum skid plates, all-terrain tires, a heavy-duty air filter, and recovery hooks to help you explore the road less traveled.

4. RST

Although the RST loses the off-road enhancements of the Z71, it becomes a sportier-looking Tahoe. Design upgrades include a monochromatic black grille with black ice accents, model-specific badging, high-gloss black wheels, and a jet black interior.

5. Premier

The Premier gains more premium features, including 20-inch polished wheels, daytime running lights, and animated rear lighting. Inside, the second-row bench seating is replaced with bucket seats, turning this more luxurious trim into a seven-seater Tahoe. A sound upgrade introduces a 10-speaker Bose CenterPoint audio system.

6. High Country

The High Country swaps the engine for a 420-horsepower 6.2-liter V8 to become the most powerful and high-performing Tahoe of all. Chevy’s top trim also gains 22-inch machined wheels, a head-up display, and a rear camera mirror to provide an unencumbered view of the road behind.
